Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be sent to the following address: ‘Awami Plaza, 2nd Floor, Abid Chowk, Zeeshan Colony, Kamalia’. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (like food or plants), custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you are unsure about a product, contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges
If you want a different item, the fastest way is to return your original purchase for approval, then make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
